Blue Star Renovations are absolutely one of the best. I sent a request for a quote to repair the capping around our pool and modify the water fall coming from the spa into the pool. Micheal was very busy to attend right away but continued to keep me posted. Once I received the quotation, Micheal’s crew were on site within the fortnight as per our discussion. The tradesman (Daniel) rang me before he was on site and continued to keep me updated on the progress. He done an outstanding job and i must give him 10 out of 10 for the workmanship and also his housekeeping on finishing the job. Well done Micheal and Daniel. Our 34 year old fibreglass pool was looking very tired and worn out. We decided to get the fiberglass recoated and painted. So after a lot of searching and having read all the wonderful reviews, we decided to go with Michael at Blue Star pools whose business has been operating for almost 30 years. Michael came out promptly and gave us all the information we needed. His knowledge and attention to detail is so refreshing. He organised and coordinated his teams with great efficiency. The guys worked tirelessly to get the job done on time. They too paid so much attention to detail. Whenever I contacted Michael, he returned my call promptly. we contracted Blue star to resurface our pool, and I must say that their reputation is very well earned.Blue Star's site technician Alan Robinson has carried out the work amazingly well. his performance , attention to details , follow through attitude and most importantly his friendly behaviour has amazed us and very much exceeded our expectations. we ended up with a brand new product that made us and the kids full of joy. I recently had my pool renovated by Blue star pools I was very happy with the results, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The entire team was very friendly and helpful. Michael, the coordinator, was always available to answer my questions and make sure that I was happy with the progress of the renovation. Zac and his team were easy to get on with, and they worked hard to make sure that the pool was finished to my satisfaction. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the work. The pool looks fantastic and I know that it will last for many years to come. I am also very happy with the way that the renovation was handled. The team was very organised, and they kept me informed of the progress throughout the process. Overall, I am very happy with the pool renovation that I had done. We received three quotes and decided on your company to carry out the work, after a site visit from Scott to give a approximate cost we then received an in depth quote from Michael your quote was not the cheapest but we felt that your company was reliable after reading the many good reviews, all the work was carried out by Scott and Matt who worked tirelessly to give us the great finished pool, both of whom where courteous and respectful and answered any questions we had to the process and left the site as they found it. I engaged Bluestar to fix a problem with my pool involving a broken non return valve buried near a skimmer box under liquid limestone. They were extremely careful it their cutting of concrete and coping mortar so that the cosmetic impact was minimal to none. They replaced the skimmer and non return valve and made provision for future maintenance of the valve. All the work done was of an exemplary standard and I would not hesitate to use them again. ~ Martin S

My concrete pool was in need of a resurface and my swim-up bar chairs needed replacing. Michael and his team did an amazing job by building new chairs, resurfacing the pool with clearcrete (which looks amazing!) and installing new led lights. We highly recommend Michael and his hard working team if you are planning on renovating your pool. The service, quality of work and punctuality is at a very high level. Thanks to Mike and his team at Blue Star Pool Renovations for the ability to bring our 40 year old plus pool back to life. Our pool was faded, cracked , chipped and had black spot, and to see the change is unbelievable. Highly recommend. They just completed a major refurb/repair of our 20+ year old fibreglass pool and it looks like a brand new pool again. Cost was reasonable. Professional team.
